from rivals to raving fans

objective:

build energy and playful competition through escalating rounds of ro-sham-bo [rock-paper-scissors]

instructions:

  1. everyone starts by facing off with someone nearby in rock-paper-scissors.
  2. whoever loses becomes the winner’s cheerleader: clapping, chanting their name, or doing silent gestures.
  3. the winner moves on to battle another winner, now with a mini fan club.
  4. repeat until there are only two final players, each with half the room cheering them on.
  5. have the crowd cheer for their champion, and do one last epic battle on stage.
