objective:
quickly cultivate a questioning mindset by generating as many insightful questions as possible about a given business problem, encouraging deeper exploration before jumping to solutions.
instructions:

- question storm
- give teams flip-charts and markers
- set a timer for 5 minutes
- each group writes down as many questions as possible about their prompt
- encourage questions that go beyond the obvious; no filtering or discussion, just pure question generation
- review and highlight
- teams read their lists
- choose one question that feels most thought-provoking, urgent, or surprising
- circle it or write it at the top of their chart
